SHIPPING COST AND COVERAGE
Currently we only have shipping to Malaysia. All orders from ecarpet.com.my can be delivered to an address located in the Malaysia only. We do not offer international shipping. Delivery charges for Malaysia will be free if your purchase is more than RM1500. For a purchase less than RM1500 we will charge RM100.
We’ve put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Orders received will be processed and delivered to your doorstep within 3–7 working days in Malaysia. We will provide you with tracking details of your order.
Error on delivery
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged carpet or the wrong number of carpets please contact us immediately. The error has to be reported no later than two days after the goods have been received, reports received later will not be taken into consideration.
