Kashmar – Size: 146 x 200 cm

Kashmar is a city and the capital of Kashmar County, in Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. Kashmars are distinguishable by their unique patterns, often borrowing various designs from different regions. The rugs are woven on cotton foundations, using soft wool of good quality. Light blue and cream are the most typical colours used in these rugs, often depicting a historical or garden scene and are very elegant carpets.
