- To deliver products that you purchase from our website.

Shipping Cost and Coverage
Currently we only have shipping to Malaysia. All orders from ecarpet.com.my can be delivered to an address located in the Malaysia only. We do not offer international shipping. Delivery charges for Malaysia will be free if your purchase is more than 1500 RM. For a purchase less than 1500 RM we will charge you 100 RM.
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 3–7 working days in Malaysia.
Error on Delivery
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged carpet or the wrong number of carpets please contact us immediately. The error has to be reported no later than two days after the goods have been received, reports received later will not be taken into consideration.
Please understand us that products sold are not refundable unless you get the wrong or damaged products.
We guarantee that the delivered carpet is Persian hand knotted and agrees with the description on eCarpet with each order, a signed authenticity certificate will be sent you in request.
Bank transfer (online banking)
You can transfer the money direct to our bank account. You have to pay the complete amount in 3 days or your order will be discarded. Always state your order number when paying. We will send your carpets as soon as your payment is received. Please be inform that eCarpet have the right to cancel any suspicious order in case of selecting Direct Bank payment method.
Use of vouchers
Please note that each voucher code may only be used once. The following applies to vouchers:
- Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.
- Please check the expiry date of your voucher code.
- Voucher codes may only be valid for particular products and categories.
- Voucher codes may have a minimum order value.
